In 2014, Iron Construction received a prestigious certificate of recognition for Outstanding Environmental Achievement from United States Senator Jerry Hill. Iron received this honor for their creative purposing of an existing concrete tilt-up building to make a headquarters that exceeded the City of Sunnyvale’s progressive building codes. The city commended Iron Construction for saving natural resources and energy, providing a model for others to follow.

The San Francisco District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration honored Iron Construction as the 2014 Small Business of the Year for Northern California.
