Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Environmental Achievement
In 2014, Iron Construction received a prestigious certificate of recognition for Outstanding Environmental Achievement from United States Senator Jerry Hill. Iron received this honor for their creative purposing of an existing concrete tilt-up building to make a headquarters that exceeded the City of Sunnyvale’s progressive building codes. The city commended Iron Construction for saving natural resources and energy, providing a model for others to follow.

San Francisco Small Business of the Year Award
The San Francisco District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration honored Iron Construction as the 2014 Small Business of the Year for Northern California. Iron Construction was chosen not only because of the success it has experienced, but also because of the growth it achieved through tough times, and the jobs that they both kept and created during those tough times.
