Project Overview
A conversion of a warehouse to Class A office space built to LEED Gold Standards. This award-winning, innovative 2-story facility features wide open floors with high volume ceilings and abundant natural light. In addition to the office, conference and training rooms, the building also includes employee amenities such a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, collaboration meeting area, cross fit-style gym, showers, and outdoor urban garden. Unlike most Class A offices, this building uses a geothermal system rather than traditional HVAC units, resulting in major energy savings and a large rebate from PG&E.
