Project Overview
A conversion of a multi-tenant 2-story office space converted to a Class A office. This innovative 2-story facility features an open floor plan with high volume ceilings and abundant natural light from a stunning new pyramid-shaped skylight surrounded by LED lighting. In addition to the office, conference and training rooms, the building also includes employee amenities such a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, collaboration areas, gym, showers, outdoor lounge, BBQ area and urban gardens. Differentiating from their previous headquarters, Iron Construction utilized recycled materials from demolition including re-purposed ceiling joists as new stair treads and re-purposed I-beams for architectural metal work. Also featured in the new space is a one-of-a-kind floating/roof suspended executive conference room. Unlike most Class A offices, this building uses a rainwater catchment tank that uses recycled rainwater to flush toilets throughout the building. The exterior design showcases multi-colored custom concrete stone work giving it a modern yet rustic feel.
